Phina Oruche tells Jan Leeming "To be honest, you can be pessimistic and yesterday I was too hungry and tired to deal with it." Jan sounds contrite "I'm very, very sorry... I don't think I'm a pessimist but a realist and if it offends you and upsets you, let me know." ...But then adds "You're not perfect." And so it goes...

Jan tells Phina she doesn't like her "In your face ya, ya, ya". Phina asks what's "in your face ya, ya, ya"? "We won't go there" says Jan!

Having upset Phina, Jan moves on to Scott! She asks him if he can talk about anything else but "sex and frocks". Scott can't tell if she's joking or putting him down. Jan assures him that she is joking but then warns him not to go "over the top" in case people "get the wrong idea" about him!

The campers speculate on the new jungle arrival. "A gay couple maybe?" suggests Jason. Scott is indignant, "How dare they do that to me!" Lauren quips in "The only gay in the jungle!" Scott agrees, "I better be the only gay in the jungle or else I'll get vicious!"

It seems that Myleene Klass understands the Gest psychology. She predicted that the new arrival would win favour from David Gest if they earned lots of meal stars. She observes that when Dean arrived with nine stars, "David gave him his towel. What can I say? It speaks volumes."

Dean may have gone to hell and back earning those 9 stars in 'The Bush Spa' but he's now in jungle heaven! David Gest throws him his towel, Lauren Booth gently leads him to the bathing lagoon and Phina shampoos his hair for him! Dean reveals that the last person to shampoo his hair for him was his mum. Despite not knowing Dean from Adam, Phina also washes his pants. Dean doesn't reveal who last did that for him!
