It's "Tree Top Terror" and Jan Leeming keeps her cool and her balance to tether 5 of the giant balloons supplied by Scott Henshall. Unfortunately one of them wriggles loose and floats away. "The story of my life" remarks Jan wryly as she and Scott settle for a 4 meal star reward.

Anticipating her jungle adventure Malandra says "Thinking about the jungle I'm suddenly excited but on the other side of the coin I'm really scared as well. I just want to kind of survive it, and not make a monkey out of myself. (Laughs) The Bushtucker Trials, I think I'm dreading them. I don't like spiders, rats or snakes. It is how close up and personal you have to get to them that worries me. You know, it is the unknown, how am I going to cope with bossy, irritating camp mates?. How are they going to cope with me?"

Dean Gaffney seems nervous about the jungle that awaits him, "When you are in a scenario and you don't get on with someone you can move away. In the Australian rainforest you can't get away. It is a melting pot waiting to explode. How you can get on with 10 other people? I don't know. I can be quite opinionated and certainly somebody bossing me around who has never met me before may feel my wrath. I'm definitely not looking forward to trials. I'm worried about spiders, in fact everything, there is nothing that will not scare me. I'm worried about little things. If I'm worried about a Daddy Long Legs back in England, how the hell am I going to cope in Australia?"
